TLP Community is a community-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening, empowering, and connecting LGBTQ+ individuals, families, youth, and underserved communities through education, advocacy, resources, community engagement, and access to meaningful opportunities.

TLP Community serves as a community resource and connection hub, helping individuals navigate resources, build supportive relationships, access educational opportunities, and become more connected to their communities.

TLP Community recognizes that meaningful community impact requires collaboration. The organization seeks to build partnerships with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, businesses, healthcare and social-service providers, community leaders, foundations, sponsors, and volunteers. These partnerships allow TLP Community to expand its reach, strengthen referral networks, develop responsive programming, and connect individuals with resources beyond the organization's direct services.
